Our One-Day Cooking Class is for groups of two to six people and held at our home near Cortona (not at Il Rifugio).

Our Week-Long workshops and vacations with accommodations at Il Rifugio are designed for private groups of six to ten people.

Il Rifugio, a respectfully restored seventeenth-century stone villa situated on the edge of a five hundred year old terraced olive grove on the border of Umbria above the village of Montanare in the community of Cortona in Tuscany, Italy.
