Planning

The following consists of important planning and common workshop information you should know.

~ Please Read This Before Registering ~

What you need to know before registering for a workshop

»

Workshop registration must be at least eight weeks prior to the first day (with some exceptions).

»

If a workshop does not have the minimum number of attendees required (usually four), or for some other reason out of our control, it will be canceled.

»

We will confirm a workshop between eight and six weeks prior to the first day. If there are enough committed attendees to meet the minimum requirements of the workshop, we will confirm sooner. When a workshop is confirmed and there is space available, registration can be any time.

»

Always check with us that a workshop is confirmed and not canceled before buying non-refundable airline tickets or committing to any other non-refundable travel costs.

»

A $500 tuition deposit must be paid at the time of registration unless otherwise noted in the Cost & Conditions section of the workshop description. The remainder of the tuition is due eight weeks prior to the workshop arrival day.

»

Please read our Registration Terms document before you fill in the Registration Form to book a workshop.

»

Tuition fees and cancellation policy varies with each workshop. See the "Costs & Conditions" section of the workshop description for details.
