Please wait to purchase non-refundable airline tickets or to commit to any other non-refundable costs until a workshop is confirmed by us. |

We will confirm a workshop about eight weeks prior to the arrival day. If there are enough committed attendees to meet the minimum requirements of a workshop, we will confirm sooner. Once confirmed and space remains available, new participants can register any time. |

Workshops are generally for six to eight people with possible exceptions. |

It is not required but we highly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance in case of illnesses or any other unanticipated circumstances that force you to cancel. |

We reserve the right to alter programs, but will never make substantially changes. |

Air fair and transportation to Il Rifugio is not included. |

Accommodations for your stay are at Il Rifugio; a 17th-century farmhouse ten minutes from the medieval city of Cortona in Tuscany, Italy. |

Rooms will be chosen in the order of bookings. |

All program costs include necessary workshop-related supplies. |

Arrival day pick up and departure day drop off are at either one of two local train stations (Camucia - Cortona or Terontola). |

All ground transportation necessary to the workshop. |
| » |
Transportation to and from Cortona or the local train station during the free day. |
| » |
All meals except on a workshop’s designated ‘free” day. |
| » |
Any excursion costs such as museum or train tickets. |
