One-Day Cooking Class

Typically held at Il Rifugio, the One-Day class is fun, informal and hands-on. The class is designed to teach planning, shopping for ingredient, preparation, cooking and of course consume a typical Tuscan meal with fresh local in season ingredients.

We will start by meeting at a local Cafe to discuss the menu over a light breakfast. After breakfast we will take you to the various markets to collect all the necessary ingredients. When we return to the house, you will help with the preparation and cooking of the meal and then sit down to enjoy your creation.

The meal can be served inside or out on the terrace under the pergola, weather permitting. If there is something specific you want to do, please contact us a couple of weeks prior to your class day. If Il Rifugio is not available we will have the class at our house in the mountains, above and behind Cortona.
 
 Here is what you need to know:

• Price for the One-Day cooking class is 100 Euro/person.
• There is a 25 Euro non-refundable deposit.
• The remainder (75 Euro) can be paid any time prior the class day.
• Two person minimum.
• Special dietary needs are welcome.
