Our workshops are designed for private groups of four to ten people. Accommodations and most activities are held at Il Rifugio (The Refuge), a respectfully restored seventeenth-century stone villa situated on the edge of a five hundred year old terraced olive grove above the village of Montanare in the community of Cortona in Tuscany.

Il Rifugio is surrounded by over twenty two rolling hectares (fifty six acres) of private property ten minutes from the Etruscan citadel Cortona.
