We offer one day, three day and week long culinary vacations and workshops for Painting, Writing, Textile Arts, Stone Sculpting and more.

Our workshops are held at Il Rifugio (The Refuge), a respectfully restored seventeenth-century stone farmhouse situated on the edge of a five hundred year old terraced olive grove above the village of Montanare in the community of Cortona in Tuscany. Il Rifugio is surrounded by over twenty two rolling hectares (fifty six acres) of private property ten minutes from the Etruscan citadel Cortona.

From autumn through early spring Il Rifugio is used as a venue for small group workshops and retreats.
