Our multi-day workshops with accommodations at Il Rifugio are designed for private groups of four to ten people. Our One-Day Cooking Class is for private groups of two to six people and held at our home near Cortona.

Il Rifugio, a respectfully restored seventeenth-century stone villa situated on the edge of a five hundred year old terraced olive grove on the border of Umbria above the village of Montanare in the community of Cortona in Tuscany, Italy.
